David "Pete" Gentry Ipock
April 3, 1939 — September 9, 2023
David “Pete” Ipock, 84, of Reelsboro passed away peacefully at CarolinaEast Medical Center, Saturday, September 9, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gentry David Ipock; mother, Ruby Ann Ipock; stepmother, Nala Joy Ipock; sister-in-law, Dora Ipock; and nephew, Dale Ipock.
He is survived by brothers, Eddie Ipock, Ronald Ipock (Diane), and Donald Ipock (Janice); many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; great-great nieces and nephews; a great friend, Donna Daniel and her daughter, Codi Allen.
He cherished time with family and friends and loved racing and tinkering with lawnmowers with his best friend, Ronald Hardison.
A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, September 13th at Daniels-Sadler Funeral Home.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family requested memorial contributions be made to Daniels-Sadler Funeral Home, PO Box 99, Alliance, NC 28509.
