Duane Clayton Rice
March 17, 1975 — August 4, 2022
Duane Clayton Rice, 47, of Grantsboro passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022, at home.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Luther and Mamie Rice; maternal grandparents, Frank and Nina Simpson; and stepfather, Franklin Brinson.
Duane is survived by his mother, Patricia Brinson; father, Jesse Rice (Joanne); sons, Clayton Rice (Stacey) and Jacob Rice; daughter, Anna Rice; brother, Keith Rice; and two grandchildren, Wyatt and Brinley Rice.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, August 9 th at Simpson Family Cemetery, 1797 S Goose Creek Rd.
In lieu of flowers the family requested memorial donations be made to Daniels-Sadler Funeral Home, PO Box 99, Alliance, NC 28509.
