Elizabeth Ann Hathaway Montgomery

Elizabeth Ann Hathaway Montgomery, 75, of Wilmington, passed away Thursday, December 2, 2021, at her daughter’s home in Aurora.

She loved spending time with her family at Hickory Point and the beach. She also enjoyed cheering on the ECU Pirates alongside her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James & Rosa Lee Hathaway; husband, William “Bill” Montgomery; brother, Jimmy Hathaway; and grandson, Harrison Lee.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are daughters, Michelle and husband, Bobby Lee of Aurora and Leigh and husband, Chris Coudriet of Wilmington; three grandchildren, Kaitlyn and husband, Aaron Watson, Montgomery Coudriet, and Silas Coudriet; and one great-grandchild, Hayes Watson.

The family will hold a private service to celebrate her life.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Pamlico, PO Box 6, Bayboro, NC 28515.
