He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Margaret Malloy; brothers, James and John “Jack” Malloy; and sister, Patricia Torzone.

Known for his huge heart, Gene was a dedicated husband and a loyal friend. His home was a haven for many beloved pets over the years, both dogs and cats, reflecting his nurturing spirit. His passions were not just limited to the racetrack; he also cherished going on cruises with his wife, Kathy, and their friends, embracing the joy of life with every opportunity.

Per Gene’s wishes, he will be cremated, and there will be no public memorial service. He leaves behind a legacy of warmth, friendship, and a life enthusiastically lived, which will be cherished and remembered by all who knew him.
