Florence Theresa Sylvia

Florence was a beautician for over 50 years. Anyone who ever met her loved her. She was a true “piece of gold” and will be greatly missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mike and Florence Houser, and sister, Mary Houser.

She is survived by her girlfriend/partner, Nancy Hart; son, Bruce Sylvia; sisters, Janet Manfre, Barbara Raine, and Katie Metzer; one grandson; and many nieces and nephews.

A service will be held at Oriental Methodist Church on Saturday, September 23rd at 12:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Children’s Theatre Workshop in Oriental. Donations can be sent through the following web page.
