Gary Spruill Harrison

Gary Spruill Harrison, 85, of Alliance passed away Saturday, January 18, 2025, at home.

Gary retired from the U.S. Navy – TDC after 20 years of service. He then owned and operated Marine Electronics and TV Repair for many years. A true passion for golf, he was past president and board member of Minnesott Golf & Country Club. Gary was also an avid hunter and fisherman. He is a member of Bayboro United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Harrison; parents, Ernest & Lennie Harrison; sister, Audrey Rolison; and grandson, Dustin Harrison.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are sons, Gary W. Harrison and Steven Harrison and wife, Audrey; sister, Sandra Stowe and husband, Linwood; daughter-in-law, Nancy Potter Harrison; grandson, Jacob Harrison; granddaughter-in-law, Lora Ashley Harrison; and great-granddaughter, Callie Ann Harrison.

A memorial service, with military honors, will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 25th at Daniels-Sadler Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Farmer and Rev. Betty Jo Rodgers officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
