Glenda Morris Dees

Glenda Morris Dees, 87, of Bayboro passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

Mrs. Dees was an active member of Bayboro Missionary Baptist Church since the early 60’s. She was also a member the Pamlico Co. Rescue Squad Ladies Auxiliary. Her role as a wonderful homemaker was treasured by her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wesley Dees.

She is survived by her children, Rodney Dees and wife, Hope, Laura Dees Wiggins and husband, Thomas, and Abbott Dees and wife, Wren; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Her funeral will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 11 ^th at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Scott Fitzgerald officiating. Interment will be in Sandhill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Bayboro Baptist Church, PO Box 276, Bayboro, NC 28515.
