Henry "Hank" William Spieler

Henry William Spieler, 78, of Arapahoe, passed away on September 4, 2025, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

Hank was a member of Bayboro Missionary Baptist Church. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He retired from the Department of Defense as well as the Air Force, after many years of dedicated service.

Hank’s greatest joy in life was his family. He was a generous man with a kind heart, always eager to share what he had and to bring joy to others. If he discovered someone liked a certain food, he made sure they had it – always thinking of ways to please and care for those around him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ula Schaum.

Hank is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Beverly Spieler; son, Christopher Creasman and wife, Kristy; and his cherished grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 9th at Bayboro Baptist Church with the Rev. Scott Fitzgerald officiating. Military honors will be rendered at the church in recognition of Hank’s service to his country. Private interment will be conducted in Sandhill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
