James Mark Fenner, 62, of New Bern passed away suddenly on March 14, 2023, at home.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Fenner.

Mark is survived by his father, Bayard C. “Skip” Fenner; daughter, Jamie Fenner; sisters, Tracy Kam and Debbie Welch; and one granddaughter.
