Jamie Byrd, 50, of New Bern passed away Friday, September 16, 2022, at home.
He was preceded in death by parents, Bobby and Diane Byrd; brother, Curtis Glenn Byrd; and nephew, Jared McCotter Holton.
He is survived by his daughter, Jamie Anne Bryan; fiancée, Stephanie Broadway; brothers, Robert Lewis Byrd, Jr. and Robert Edwards (Trina); sisters, Susan Brigman (David) and Janet Allen Marshburn; two grandchildren, Forrest and Presley; niece, Leah Raines (Tyler); nephews, Robert Tristan Byrd and Tyler Curtis Brigman; great niece, Haidyn Raines; and great nephew, Ollie Ray Byrd.
A private service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family requested memorial donations be made to Daniels-Sadler Funeral Home, PO Box 99, Alliance, NC 28509.
