Jennings "Jimmy" Bryan Tingle, Jr.

Jennings “Jimmy” Bryan Tingle, Jr., 77, of Merritt passed away Thursday, May 2, 2024.

Jimmy embarked on a career in farming at an early age then worked as a long-haul truck driver for a number of years. He returned to farming at Maurice Benton Farms as farming turned out to be his true passion. A people person, he enjoyed talking with folks and never met a stranger.

He was preceded in death by parents, Jennings and Fannie Tingle.

Jimmy leaves behind to cherish his memory his significant other, Gail Patterson, and many dear friends.

His memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 8th at Daniels-Sadler Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Scott Fitzgerald officiating. Inurnment at Greenleaf Memorial Park.
