Jerry Wesley Hott

Jerry Wesley Hott, 73, of Arapahoe passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018, surrounded by his loving wife and son, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

He was a member of Arapahoe Free Will Baptist Church, a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of Fairfield Hunting Club.  He loved his horses and dogs, and riding his Harley’s.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas & Elizabeth Hott and brother, Tom Hott.

He is survived by his wife of nearly 53 years, Erlean O’Neal Hott; son, Shane Hott; and two grandchildren, Keynan and Jada.

His funeral will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, July 12 ^th at Arapahoe Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. David Cauley officiating.  Interment will follow immediately in Rawls Cemetery with military honors.

The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service at the church.
