Jody Glenn Tinney

Jody Glenn Tinney, 56, of Hobucken passed away Sunday, August 13, 2023, at home.

Jody worked as a commercial fisherman all his life and enjoyed being on the water. He loved his family dearly and would do anything for them.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Alton and Alvinie Lewis; paternal grandparents, Bob and Lennie Isenhart; and stepfather, Pete Lozica.

He is survived by his father, Buster Tinney; mother, Sylvia Lozica; sisters, Lori Ann Powers, Pam Tinney, and Chrissy Raynor (Mark); cousins, Wanda Atkinson and Verlon and Betsy Rose; best friend, Nick Wetherington; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

His memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 17th at Daniels-Sadler Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wanda B. Atkinson officiating.

The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
