Joel Kelly Manning

Joel “Kelly” Manning, 20, of Reelsboro passed away Saturday, July 28, 2018.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Joel Kelly Manning.

He is survived by his father, Billy Manning; mother and step-father, Natasha “Sissy” & Phillip Pipkin Jr.; twin sister, Brook Manning; step-sister, Angel Pipkin; two brothers, Dawson & Phillip Pipkin III;paternal grandmother, Louis Manning; maternal grandparents, Lena & Everett Rice; aunts, Connie (Jimmy) LeClair and Gloria (Keith) Mitchell; and cousins, Adian & Piper Stone and Amanda & Brandon Mitchell.

His memorial service will be held at 6 p.m., Thursday, August 2 ^nd at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Earl Sadler Jr. officiating.

The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
