Lewis I. Rawls, Jr., 67, of Bayboro, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Premier Rehab & Nursing in Jacksonville.

He was preceded in death by his son, Wesley VanHook.

He is survived by his wife, Teresa Rawls; son, Cody VanHook & wife, Lauren; grandson, Levi VanHook “Tater Tot” whom he loved dearly.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
