Lillie Ireland Swindell

Lillie Fair Ireland Swindell, 79, of New Bern, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2018, at Crystal Coast Hospice House.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Swindell Sr.; daughter, Patty Ann Sadler; and great-grandchild, John Michael Jr.

She is survived by one son, Vernon Swindell Jr.; brother, Tillman Ireland and wife, Karen; sister, Nancy Rhoden; grandchild, John Michael Gaylord; and great-grandchildren, Jalyn and Addisyn.

Her memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 22 ^nd at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wanda Atkinson officiating.

The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family requested memorial donations be made to Bryant Funeral Home, PO Box 99, Alliance, NC 28509.
