Linda Carol Scott Potter

Linda Carol Scott Potter, 81, of Bayboro, passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, September 1, 2024.

She worked 25 years in Child Nutrition at Pamlico County High School and 22 years in Child Nutrition at Camp Caroline in Arapahoe, NC.

Those left to cherish her memory are her three daughters, Amanda, Rhonda, and Mary (Dwight); eight grandchildren, Joseph (Helen), Andrew, Tiffany (James), Macy (Jarrod), Riley (Heather), Haley, Dustin (Kelsey) and Courtney (Drew); and eleven great grandchildren, Michael, Allena, Jacob, Allison, Kyler, Amelia, Rhyleann, Madeline, Natalie, Jackson, and Scarlet; and two sisters, Geraldine Deviney (Ralph) and Audrey Rose (Charles).

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hal P. Potter, Sr.; her son, Hal P. Potter, Jr.; her parents, Joseph Edward and Sallie Eunice Harrison Scott.

A funeral service to honor Linda's memory will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 4th at Daniels-Sadler Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Roach officiating. Interment will take place privately in Greenleaf Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
