Louis R. Fritsch

April 11, 1931 – September 9, 2021

New Bern, North Carolina – Louis Ralph Fritsch of Raleigh passed away peacefully on September 9, 2021 at the age of 90. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio in Hamilton County to the late Ralph Fritsch and Marcella Glowka Fritsch. He spent 10 years in the Navy and served during the Korean Conflict. While stationed in Norfolk, VA he met his wife, Catherine. They settled and raised a family in Raleigh, NC. Louis was a well-respected refrigeration contractor by trade. He was known for his ability to fix almost anything, his love for sports, and his caring gentle nature. Louis is survived by his children, Pamela Fritsch Lefler and husband Keith of Bayboro, NC, Ralph Fritsch and wife Kerri of Valrico, FL; grandchildren: Laura Lefler, Alexa Fritsch, and Tyler Fritsch; and great grandson Evan Ridenour.
