It is with great sadness we announce that Madison Abigail Williams, 20, of Pamlico County, passed away October 18, 2021 in her home in Arapahoe, NC.
A wonderful daughter, sister, family member, and friend. Maddy loved all things art and wanted to go to school for digital art and game design. She loved her family and cats (Yuri and Yumi) more than anything and was a spotlight in any room she walked into. The center of attention, always, with a contagious laugh and infectious smile. Her stacks of sketchbooks were always filled with either beautiful, colorful drawings that perfectly represented her personality (and hair) or amazing sketches that truly showed her skills. You never knew which Maddy you would get when you saw her, but you could be sure that if she could dress up, she would and would always go all out with her hair, makeup, and clothes. She loved playing video games, producing art, spending time with her siblings (Kate, Dylan, Leah, and Allyssa) and family, taking care of her plants, Face Timing her nephews, (Elijah, Kaysen, Aspen, and Aiden Hollister), and going to the beach.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gary Williams, Jr.
She will be missed by her mother, Katherine Blount and dad, David Blount. Her sisters, Leah Williams, Kate Hollister (Blake), Allyssa Kendzierski (Scottie); brother, Dylan Blount; grandparents, Gloria Ipock and Mike See of Atlantic Beach, NC, Diane and Terry Herring of Reelsboro, NC; and countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held in Maddy’s honor at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 24th, 2021 at Bryant Funeral Home in Alliance, NC.
Maddy loved flowers and going all out, arrangements will be loved and can be sent to Bryant Funeral Home.
Contributions are also appreciated and can be made to Bryant Funeral Home, PO Box 99, Alliance, NC 28509, or to her sister, Kate.
