Malinda Pearl Paul Campen, 63, of Oriental passed away Monday, April 18, 2022, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
Malinda was devoted to serving the Lord and enjoyed attending services at Temple Church in New Bern. She also spent a lot of time with family enjoying the rivers and beaches of North Carolina. She worked in Arapahoe as a Postmaster for Pamlico County for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hilton and Pearl Paul.
Those left behind to cherish her loving memory are husband, Dennie Campen; children, Chelsea Wagner and husband, Wade, Corey Campen, and Cala Campen and significant other, Thomas Rio; brother, Hilton Gray Paul Jr.; sisters, Katherine Taylor and Bettie Jo Jarman and husband, Nick; grandchildren, Michael Vincent Wagner, Landon Rio, and baby-girl who is on the way, Annalise Pearl Wagner; father and mother-in-law, D A Campen Jr. and Hazel Campen; brother-in-law, Donald Eugene Campen; and sister-in-law, Cassie Campen Casey.
The family will receive friends and relatives from 11:00 – 12:00 p.m., Saturday, April 23 rd at Daniels-Sadler Funeral Home (formerly Bryant Funeral Home) in Alliance, NC.
In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to one’s favorite charity.
