Mary Ann Broughton Harrison

Mary Ann Broughton Harrison, 80, of Alliance passed away Monday, January 17, 2022, at home.

She is a member of Bayboro United Methodist Church. Mary Ann was a Certified Health Records Specialist and retired from Craven Regional Hospital as the Health Information Service Director. When her sons were small, she was a Cub Scout Den Mother. She was devoted to her church, career and her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton & Edith Broughton; two brothers; two sisters; sister-in-law, Audrey Rolison; and grandson, Dustin Harrison.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Gary S. Harrison; sons, Gary W. Harrison and Steven Harrison & wife, Audrey; grandson, Jacob Harrison; great-granddaughter, Callie Ann Harrison; granddaughter-in-law, Lora Ashley Harrison; and sister-in-law, Sandra Stowe & husband, Linwood.

Her memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 20 ^th at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Farmer officiating.

The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Pamlico, PO Box 6, Bayboro, NC 28515.
