Mary Alice Spain

Mary Alice Spain, 93, of Palm Bay, Florida passed away Monday, September 1, 2025, at Orlando Health. She was born on August 22, 1931, in Hobucken, NC where she was also raised and lived her life with deep love for her family and her community.

A devoted and God-fearing woman, Mary dedicated her life to raising her children and serving the Lord. She loved her church and was a faithful member of Hobucken Methodist Church, where her faith and service were a guiding light to those who knew her.

Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Alfred Spain.

She is survived by her children, Leslie Charles Spain and Victoria Ann Hill and grandchildren, Arielle Merrie Sherrill, Mirianne Ethelle Spain, Toni Marie Spain-Otto, Zachary Pierce Brixon, and Colton Wolfgang Hill.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 8th at 11:00 a.m. at Barnett Cemetery, Hobucken, NC with the Rev. Mike Roach officiating.

Mary will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her devotion to her family, and her kind and loving spirit.
