Mia Alese Horsley

Mia Alese Horsley, 1 year, 9 months, and 15 days, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2022, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville.

Mia was preceded in death by her father, James Horsley; and aunt, Cara Townley.

Her precious memories will be cherished by her mother, Elyssa Micaela “Mica” Townley; brother, Memphis Townley; maternal grandmother, Annabelle Bennett; maternal grandfather, Billy Townley; uncle, Anthony Townley; aunts, Brittney Townley and Dayna Townley; cousins, La’Reyna, Antonia, Isaiah, Craven, Isabella, Jayda and Malikai Townley.

A private service will be held for Mia at a later date.

“Oh, my beautiful, sweet baby, when I lost your aunt and daddy, I thought I lost everything. You blessed me with your little life and saved me. You saved us. Even with all the sadness I felt it was easy to handle with you by me. I’ve never felt a pain like this. I wish I could have saved you. Baby mama will never forget about you. I’ll always talk about you, and I’ll ALWAYS love you. My life will never be the same without you baby girl. I love you more than life itself Mia Alese Horsley. Your daddy’s got his baby now.”
