Michael "Mikey" Craig Malone

Michael “Mikey” Craig Malone, 60, of Hobucken passed away Saturday, April 1, 2023, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

He worked as a commercial fisherman all his life.

He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Malone; mother and stepfather, Glennie and Malcolm Flowers; significant other, Jennifer Potter and her sons, Nathan Toler and Colby Barnard, whom he thought of as his own.

He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Jarman (Chris); son, Lukas Malone; stepson, Ian Potter; grandson, Grayson Jarman; brother, Daniel “Danny” Neal Malone, Jr.; sister, Kandy Lee Malone Lewis; step-sister, Julie Oeltjen (Craig); niece, Shana Mayo (Ryan); and aunts, Sue Gilgo and Mae Lupton (Roy).

His memorial service will be held Saturday, April 8 ^th at 3:00 p.m. at New Vision Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Ray Bonner officiating.

The family will receive friends and relatives immediately following the service at the church.
