Richard "Ricky" Abraham Haddock Jr., 63, of Blue Ridge, GA passed away on December 5th, 2023.

Ricky is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Lillian Haddock, and by his brother, Samuel Haddock Sr.

Ricky was born June 7, 1960, in New Bern, NC. He was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather, friend, and a knight in shining armor to his beloved wife. He was a jack of all trades. From running a printing press to driving a wrecker to living his dream of owning businesses. Ricky was a man of few words. He was either making you laugh or giving words of wisdom.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Maryanne Haddock, of Blue Ridge, GA. His son, Ronald Lynn Marshall and wife, Krista, of Blue Ridge; and his two daughters, Tiffany Maire Haddock of Winder, GA and Tara Haddock and husband, Rocky, of Blue Ridge, GA; and four grandchildren, Pierce, Eden, Rylee and Kenton. He is also survived by his four sisters, Arlene H. Willis of New Bern, Angela H. Gaskins and husband, Jimmy, of New Bern, Princess H. Lipscomb and husband, Doug, of Spartanburg, SC, Victoria H. Andrews and husband, Rodney, of Durham and his many nieces and nephews.

The visitation and funeral will be held Saturday, December 9th at Amity Christian Church of Grantsboro, NC. The family will start receiving friends at 10:00 am and services will follow at 11:00 am.
