Rita Harris York

Rita Harris York, 74, of Oriental passed away Thursday, July 26, 2018 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

She was a member of The Order of Eastern Star and retired from the Pamlico Co. School System after nearly 30-years of teaching assistance.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Edward York; son, Ronnie York and wife, Leslie; daughter, Ann Marie Colevin and husband, Charles; and three grandchildren, Hollie York, Nathan Charles Colevin and Tommy Jackson.

Her memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 30 ^th at Bryant Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
