Roxane Bower Russell Bond

Roxane Russell Bond, 66, of Oriental passed away suddenly, Thursday, November 18, 2021, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
Roxane enjoyed reading, dancing, and cooking.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred & Dorothy Bower.
She is survived by her husband, John “Jack” Bond, Jr.; son, Zachary Boyce; granddaughter, Hartley Boyce; sister, Zinda Bower; step-daughters, Jessica Hope Pasquel and Christy Bond-Morton (Mike); and step-granddaughter, Connie Hope Pasquel.
Her memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 22nd at St. Thomas Episcopal Church with Father Bruce Cheney officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Coastal Women’s Shelter, 1333 S. Glenburnie Rd., New Bern, NC 28561.
