Virginia Jenks Goodwin
November 10, 1934 — June 5, 2024
Virginia Jenks Goodwin, 89, went to be with the Lord on June 5, 2024. She was born November 10, 1934, in Washington D.C. to Dabney and Isabel Weisiger.
In addition to her parents, Ginnie was preceded in death by her second husband, Keith Jenks and two sons, Glen Snader and Jim Snader. She is survived by her husband, Robert Goodwin, son Charles Snader (Nancy), 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
The family cannot express sufficient gratitude to the nurses from Grantsbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (Diane) and Cardinal Hospice (Christina and Megan) for their unwavering care and kindness.
A memorial service will be held on June 22, 2024, at 1:00, at St. Thomas Episcopal Church located at 402 Freemason Street, Oriental, NC.
