Virginia Lowman Hinshaw

Virginia Frances Lowman Hinshaw, 87, of New Bern passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023, at Crystal Coast Hospice House.

She was preceded in death by her parents, D.M. and Sarah Lowman; four brothers; and two sisters.

She is survived by her three sons, Robert Byrd Hinshaw, Michael Andrew Hinshaw, and Anthony Byrd Hinshaw; and numerous grand and great-grandchildren.
