Walter Emerson Royal, Sr., 75, of Grantsboro, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife, Naomi Royal; children, Walter Royal, Jr. (Echo), Letitia Carter (Ron), Stephen Royal (Jessica), and Laura Gysbers (Derick); brothers, Benjamin Royal and Ernie Royal (Tammy); sisters, Joanne Bass and Anna Hodges; 19 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family requested memorial contributions be made to Bryant Funeral Home, PO Box 99, Alliance, NC 28509.
