William "Bill" Scott Smith

William “Bill” Scott Smith, 35, of Mesic passed away suddenly, Saturday, July 30, 2022, after a tragic accident.

Bill loved his family. His daughter, Julia, was his everything. “Bill-Bill” was a hard-working commercial fisherman who loved his time on the water and being the captain of the Birdie P.

He is survived by his wife, Robin Smith; daughter, Julia Smith; mother, Tracy Smith; sisters, Erica Rivera (Eric) and Ria Preisler; mother-in-law, Nellie Carter; sisters-in-law, Beth Mason (Lee) and Joanna Carter (Dwight Hooker, significant other); nieces and nephews, Jonathon and Kiersten Rivera, Dusty, and Gabriel and Morgan Mason.

His memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 5 ^th at Daniels-Sadler Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to “pending”.
