William Patrick Hewitt
March 19, 1968 — November 29, 2022
William “Willie” Patrick Hewitt, 54, of Kinston, formerly of Pamlico County, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at home.
He was preceded in death by his father, Guy Hewitt, Sr.; and brothers, David Lee Hewitt of Pamlico County and David Lee Hewitt of Virginia.
He is survived by his mother, Judy Lane of Grantsboro; son, William Hewitt, Jr. of Florida; brothers, Guy E. Hewitt, Jr. of South Carolina, Guy E. Hewitt, Jr. (Robin) of Tennessee, and James Hewitt (Rena) of Princeton, NC; sister, Mary H. Harris (Steven) of Grantsboro; and numerous nieces and nephews.
His graveside service with military honors will be held at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro and will be announced at a later date.
